The Animal Control Division enforces all state laws and City Ordinance & Violations concerning animals, Investigates dogs at large, nuisance complaints, dog licensing, sick or injured animals, cruelty complaints, and rabies related complaints.

The Moberly Police Department’s Animal Control Officer is Meloni Holman. Holman joined the department August 20, 2007.
